We’ve made a change to improve our service reliability and tracking in the wider Kapiti Coast.

Previously, we worked with an agent, Jets, to service this area from Wellington. Now, we’re bringing this service in-house, ensuring your freight remains entirely within our PBT Express Freight Network.

From now on, deliveries to the Kapiti Coast will be handled by our own dedicated drivers and trucks, operating directly from our Wellington and Palmerston North branches. This means:

• Greater reliability – More control over freight movements.
• Improved tracking – Seamless visibility from pickup to delivery.
• Stronger network – Direct service by PBT teams.

Updated Service Areas:

Wellington Branch will now cover:

• Paraparaumu, Waikanae, Te Horo Beach, and surrounding areas.
• Western Hills, Wainuiomata, Eastbourne, Days Bay, Mahina Bay, Lowry Bay, Point Howard, and surrounding areas.

Palmerston North Branch will now cover:

• Otaki, Otaki Beach, and surrounding areas.
